How do I sync my atomic clock?
To sync your atomic clock, place it near a window facing Colorado overnight. Ensure the battery is fresh and press the 'Search' button to initiate the signal reception.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via major carriers usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental US.
What is your return policy for electronic devices?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. If your device is defective, it may also be covered under our one-year limited warranty.
Why is my outdoor sensor not reporting data?
Ensure the sensor is within the 330-foot transmission range and away from metal obstructions. Try a 'factory restart' by removing batteries from both the station and sensor for 15 minutes.
Are your weather stations compatible with smart home systems?
Many of our newer Wi-Fi connected models are compatible with the La Crosse View app, allowing for integration with various smart home monitoring platforms.
